9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Platinum Rent A Car India Pvt Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 8 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
10. Cleanliness Policy
- The company prohibits the use of the vehicle to carry pets, goods, or any other object that may damage the upholstery or any part of the vehicle. In such an event, the User will be charged the actual cost of repairing/cleaning the interior/exterior of the vehicle.
11. Replacement Car:
- Replacement Vehicles will be provided within city limits only (subject to the availability of a similar segment in the city) in cases where a vehicle develops a mechanical error that restricts the User from its use. If the vehicle develops such an error outside the city limit, no replacement vehicle will be provided, and an amount equivalent to the agreed rental will be charged. The company’s decision regarding replacement vehicles will be final.
12. Fuel:
- For chauffeur-driven cars, fuel is included in the selected rental package.

Reservations need to be canceled or modified through email to the official email ID, ‘reservations@platinumgroup.in’
14. Extra Time:
Extra hours will be applicable over the basic package selected by the renter.
15. Parking & Tolls:
Parking and toll charges are to be borne by the customer. Additional charges will apply for extra hours and/or extra kilometres.
16. Other Conditions:
- Night charges will be applicable as per the terms.
- GST will be applicable, as per Government directives.
- All Interstate Taxes, Permit fees, Toll, and Parking charges shall be extra as per actuals.
Platinum Rent A Car India Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any belongings left by passengers in the vehicle or any losses incurred by the renter/client for any reason.

Disputes, if any, will be resolved as per the Indian Arbitration Act.
