Cancellation Policy

Chauffeur Driven Vehicles:

Economy/Executive Cars:
a) Cancellation made more than 3 hours before the duty reporting time: No charge.
b) Cancellation within 3 hours before dispatch or no-show once the car has left the garage: Half day charge (4 hours/40 kms). Luxury, Royale, Vans, and Coaches:
a) Cancellation made more than 48 hours before the duty reporting time: No charge.
b) Cancellation charges up to 48 hours before dispatch or no-show once the car has left our garage: Full day charge (8 hours/80 kms).

Credit Card Payment:
Platinum Rent A Car India Private Limited is authorized to charge the final bill amount upon the completion of your service. In the case of “No Show” or “Cancellation,” Platinum Rent A Car India Private Limited will be authorized to charge retention as per the terms for no-show and cancellation.

Refund Policy:
Refund will be processed within 5 working days as per the cancellation policy. You can cancel your booking by calling helpline number or by sending email to support team. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the following policy:

1. Cancellation made more than 24 hours before the booking start time: No cancellation charge.
2. Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the booking’s start time/ No show: 50% of the base fare or 1 day Rental or 12-hour rent (whichever is higher) will be charged as cancellation fees.
